What’s fascinating to me is learning how car buying habits have changed over time. The internet has made our lives so much easier in many ways. Can you imagine how people researched vehicles before the internet came to be? I’m old enough to remember and believe me, it was not fun.
According to AutoTrader, car buyers today spend about 59 percent of their time online shopping. They also spend – on average – 3-hours at the dealer during the purchase process, with more than half of that time spent negotiating or doing paperwork. Ouch!
The work, time, and cost you invest to find the right vehicle for you or a loved one is immense and intense. I started my business to address these pain points and to give you back the time and money you work so hard for, and without cost to you. From end-to-end, my philosophy is simple: a hassle-free, time-saving experience that doesn’t cost you anything.
I have learned that to be successful in the fast-changing auto industry, you need to constantly monitor and learn to best help customers. I am truly a life-long learner and always looking to enhance your experience.
